Quick and Cute Mini Pizza

So I've been cheating on cooking. I've been so busy! I just started a new job which is taking up basically all of my energy so I haven't been in the mood to cook anything too complicated or time consuming.

The good news is, I managed to come up with something delicious and quick and just cute. Yes, cute.

I bring to you, the mini pizza.

You will need:

·         A tube of pizza dough (Yes, pre-made. I know. I know.)

·         Marinara sauce

·         Shredded mozzarella cheese

·         Mini pepperonis

·         A mini cookie cutter

Preheat the oven 400 degrees. Pop the dough out of the tube (scares me every time) and roll it out onto a cutting board. Using the mini cookie cutter, cut as many rounds out of the dough as possible. Place them on a greased cookie sheet and cook for about 8 minutes.

Remove from the oven and top with marinara sauce, cheese and mini pepperonis. Cook for another 8 minutes or so and voila!

I know these little delights aren’t super creative, but they sure are good and easy to make!
