So I stumbled upon this recipe whilst perusing the wide and wonderful world of Pinterest, and I thought it was worth sharing.
The beautiful picture led me back to a website entitled Adventures of a Fluffimama (which I found hilarious) and a beautifully simple (and healthy!) recipe to boot! Score.
I used different ingredients than she did (mainly because the blueberries at the grocery store today looked mediocre at best). I simply subbed the blueberries for grapes and the honey yogurt for vanilla.
· Grapes (or any fruit you choose really)
· Vanilla Greek yogurt (whatever variety floats your boat)
To make these bad boys, you will need two toothpicks. Simply skewer a grape with one, dip it in the yogurt, and use the other to slide the grape onto a lined cookie sheet.
Fill a cookie sheet and pop ‘em in the freezer to set. You’re done!
